The
Writers
The articles
written by our guest authors are so good, they carry this
bulletin on their own. We can't thank them enough for their
contributions. Thank you Bruce, Chris, Luke, Tomoko, Rosario,
Hakan, and Claus. Also, our thanks goes out to those webmasters
who have linked our bulletin in their respective web sites.
We are reciprocating by having a new links section on our
index page.
Also, if
you read our technical articles, written by us editors, you
know we are up to no good, and we are not embarrassed at all.
We are writing articles about system desing and aquaculture,
geared perhaps more for the "farmer" in us, but
hopefully these are of interest to our readers who are more
"pure" hobbyists. With our new format, we will be
able to see the statistics for each article, and will take
that into account for future issues.
If you read
our issues as they are published, not only are you going to
be delighted by the articles written by our international
friends and writers, but we are likely to stumble upon some
delightful surprises, as we sift through all available information;
all of it absolutely free of charge. This is a gift to the
international guppy community, from the international guppy
community.
We are happy
with the job we created for ourselves, and we hope to continue
to interest potential writers to contribute articles of general
interest. If you are a potential writer having something you
would like to share with the world, please let us know. We
would be delighted to see if we can format it for publication.

The
Bulletin
There aren’t
very many periodicals in English dealing with the art and
science of rearing guppies. Our hope is to be one more source
of relevant information, available for free, and published
on a fixed schedule.
This guppy bulletin
format has been well received, as far as we can tell. Although
we do not get very many direct e-mails from our readers, we
do get some important feedback in spite of not being set up
to do that effectively. We have been blessed with having such
a great selection of writers representing Asia, Europe and
America (and we mean the whole continent). Our hope is to
continue to include writers from every region of the planet
where people rear guppies. If we look at the last 100 hits
to our April and July 2004 issues for example , this is how
it looks:
